Thank you for shopping with Seven Daisy. We currently ship all orders within the United Kingdom and aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).
2. Shipping Details
We offer a flat-rate shipping service across the UK:

All orders are shipped via trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, depending on your location and order size.
3. Tracking
If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once it has been dispatched. Please note that some smaller items may be sent using non-tracked services to keep shipping costs affordable.
4. Delivery Issues

Delays: Minor delays can happen due to seasonal demand or courier disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot refund or resend orders that are delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
