At SEVEN DAISY LTD, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 10-Day Return Policy

You have 10 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It must include tags and original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before shipping items back to us.
(Return address will be provided upon approval.)

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at infosevendaisy@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.


🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids/gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or item?
Simply return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


EU Customers – 10-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 10 days from the date of delivery, for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
